As owner and president of Conway Financial Services, Greg has provided financial solutions for business owners and families since 1980. He lives in Conway with his wife, Cindy, and has 4 children and 12 grandchildren. In his spare time, Greg enjoys golfing, attending church activities, and spending time with his family.

Hope joined the family business here at CFS in 2021. She worked as an LPN for 12 years before getting licensed in Health and Life Insurance. Hope and her family love playing sports, cooking, watching movies and spending time together.

Sarah joined the family business at CFS in 2017 after living in the Czech Republic for over 10 years. She grew up in Conway and is enjoying living here and near her loved ones again.  Sarah and her family love spending time with their church family, being outdoors, traveling and playing lots of board games together.

Joining the team at CFS in fall of 2023 was a no-brainer for Stephanie!  She enjoys working with the CFS crew and believes that is it’s important to serve our customers as if they were her own family. Stephanie and her family are active members of their church, enjoy spending time outdoors, and making memories with friends and family.

Tia grew up in France and then attended Harding University in Searcy, where she met her husband. After living in Italy for 12 years, she and her husband settled in Greenbrier to be near family. Tia joined CFS in 2023 and loves serving the team and its clients. She and her family enjoy their church family, spending time together, traveling, cooking, watching movies and sharing a good cup of coffee with friends.
